The two skills that I have picked up from this course are time management, specifically dealing with my distractors, and studying and note-taking. Before taking this course, I was poor at managing my time, and I would always waste so much time feeding my distractions than being productive. Now that I have learned a few methods to eliminate my distractions, I have become better at managing my day, and the results are great; I am now able to cover all the work scheduled for the day and still have enough time to rest and recharge. As for my studying and note-taking, it has improved since taking this course.
